Could Someone tell me what this error message means? I got this message wg\hile playing Star Ocean 2. It has happened 2 times but not at the same place.

it's something like a CD reading problem. try a different CD drive to read it out of, or try making an ISO.

iso producer, every other iso I have plays perfectly fine.

Try using PEOPs gpu plugin, just in case it's a gpu problem. Alternatively, try PSXeven or PCSX.
