Hey im new to this thing and i know your not supposed to ask certain things so ill keep it simple
i have been trying to run ff9 and when i do i get this message

What does the error thing mean???

Ps: can u use the actual ps cds or do they have to be burnt?

it means your cd is farked or you dont have your cd plugin configured correctly. try petes cd plugin and auto configure.

as for psx cds, generally you should be able to play them directly off the original game cd. you may have better performance if you wish to play from an ISO image on your harddrive.
