When I first installed ePSXe, It crashed everytime I tried to load an ISO. I tracked the problem down to the video plugin, so I downloaded a new copy and managed to get it working for a while. Then I downloaded PEC and the crashes have begun again. Not only that but I cant get the PEC working properly because its plugin isn't listed in the list of video plugins. To my knowledge i saw it in there only once since I installed it. I also get some crap message when i open the plugins menu about some outofsync.bmp file.

If things work properly without PEC, that's the problem.
Just, don't use it.

its usually because a PEC dependancy is missing.

See that's the thing. Now I have removed pec, and I still can't get it to load. Also still confused as to why it wasn't showing up in the plugin list althought i installed it in the proper directory.
