I just downloaded the emulator, but when I try to run it to configure BIOS, it won't start up. The file ePSEe.exe isn't there; it appears as a blank file, and won't start when I click on it. Is there any way to fix this?

you're antivirus is shelling the file because it has trojan behaviors.

Great. It might work if I can authorize it. If that doesn't work, are there any other options?

i hope you downloaded it from epsxe.com and not any where else cuase who knows what might of been injected into it if its posted ealse where
