I don't think anyone knows for sure. Maybe, if one of the ePSXe team reads this, they'll answer. Seems like they've been having a lot of tough luck w/their site lately.

It'll continue to be down until the very day they've decided to release a new version of ePSXe.

There is no misunderstanding, like i say. It won't be long before it'll go down again unless they can settle the problem with their host.
