Uh, that's not even a question.
Anyway, that's entirely subjective. I personally prefer ePSXe over any other PS1 emulator, but psx is also another great emu.

psx wont run any games full speed on my setup. epxe however only struggles on a small percentage of games for me.
also epsxe seemed to have more options and versatility.
