Im having a problem where the game runs too fast, Ive tried setting the FPS to 50/60 and tried differant GPU plugins.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

got a dual core intel core 2, I have tried setting it to only use one core of EPSXe

what version of epsxe are you using? if you are using 1.7.0, have you tried toggling the internal limiter with the F4 key?
