My system is an e5200 oc'ed @ 3.5GHz with ati 4850. But I'm averaging 20fps this is ridiculous. I've tried Pete's D3D and Pete's OpenGL2 video plugins.

set the VRAM amount manually in the video plugin config menu, do not use the auto-detect setting.
