since about 2 days the epsxe its saying this(the atachment shows it) first I restarted the I shutdown and now isn't working at all, its a virus or mi driver(hp cd-writer 9100 series) its to old?

From the troubleshooting FAQ:

The game crashes with an opcode error:
.Your CD may be corrupted due to dirt or physical damage. Clean it and/or polish it and then make an ISO out of it.
.Try using a different graphics plugin
.Use a different emulator
.Don't use save states (load off memory card)

I have tried with the internal cdr plugins, pete´s and peops and only hapens wen I use any player like windowsmedia or real
