Hey All, Iv Just Got epsxe Today, Its My first Time So Im Going tO slow lol,everytime i load up a game via disc i just get a black screen, im am using the following as set up

Video:
petes opengl driver 1.58

Sound:
P.E.Op.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9

CDROM:

Xevens cdr Driver 0.93

Bios:

bios/psx- SCPH 1001.bin


those are the setting i am using?

am i doing something wrong?

i have no idea how to do that,everything works up until it comes up with a black screen and i cant get past it

Running the BIOS is easy! ;v) Just run ePSXe then click file then click Run BIOS! ;v)

iv just tried that it and its just crashes the programme

don't use xevens, use sapu 1.3

iv just tried sapu and its still going black?? and iv tried just running the bios but nothing is happening,its just saying its crashing?

ok scrap that last post,iv just ran the bios and that works but it just goes to the menu with music and memory card????

i still cant run it via cdrom the screen goes black

You should be able to get the ePSXe to slowboot if it is configured properly.
Check the integrity of your BIOS file and reconfigure ePSXe if necessary.

EDIT: Lol. Means its properly configured. Do you have another Playstation disc? Make sure SaPu is correctly configured to read the correct CD-ROM drive where your Playstation disc is in.

well iv made it read it from my disc drive,and its still not working,running bios works fine,is there a link for some new cdrom plugins?or am i just not cut out for this lol

I recommend creating an image for that particular disc or try another Playstation disc and see if it runs.

Also, see if you can do a screenshot for the command prompt output of ePSXe.
I haven't used ePSXe for roughly a year or two, so everything is just off my head. xD

ok well iv got my resident evil DC to work,all i need know is a programme so i can speak over the video,and how do i stop it from running so fast??
