ePSXe Freezing Issue

Well, I am having some problems with ePSXe constantly freezing every time I try to run an ISO (Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon, recently). Temporarily, I switched over to pSX, but I miss ePSXe.

Anyhow... Does anyone have suggestions?

Operating System: Windows Vista
Video Plug In: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.77
Sound Plug In: ePSXe SPU Core 1.7.0
CD-Rom Plug In: ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K Core 1.7.0

It does mention something about DEP closing it, but I've tried disabling it and that doesn't work. It still freezes every time I try to run an ISO.

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to look for solutions and have tried to fix this myself, so I'm in no mood to here "some people just can't help themselves". Seriously.
