ePSXe doesn't work correctly :(

Hello guys,

I looked in to this forum 3-4 Hours and dont find a solution for my problem...
Heres my problem:
When i start my ePSXe all works correctly configure video,sound etc.
But when i load an ISO my ePSXe shut down and this error occured

I apologize for my english i am from germany :p.
