ePSXe keeps crashing when I try to play anything. It takes between 5 minutes to 40 but it always crashes in the end. I tried just about any combination of plugins, I tried running from CD or ISO and I even went back to version 1.5.2 (I was using 1.6.0) and I tried all that again. I still keeps crashing :hdbash: . any idea how I can find out what's the problem?

my specs are:
pentium 4 2.4GHz
512 MB
Nvidia GeForce 5700 FX
Sound Blaster Live!

what is the error it gives you? what does it say when it crashes? what game(s) are you playing?

are you using rumble controllers

I don't get an ePSXe message when it crashes, just the regular windows one - a standard windows xp error dialog pops up with a genric error message and the option to send an error report to microsoft.
I've been trying it mostly with Chrono Cross but I did try a few other games as well.
I'm not using rumble controller, it crashes even with the epsxe internal controller plugin set to keyboard keys.

I get the same thing. After 15-40minutes the screen just freezes and the sound loops for a while and the I get the generic error message. The error just appeared some weeks ago and I hate it. Tried 1.52 too but no help :|
