Hi guys!

My first time in this forum and i should say that this is a great source of help
Hope some of you guys have the time to send me your configs (plugins used and their configs as well as the main emu configs) for these games, i would really appreciate it :

mlb 2000 (or is it 2001)
FF7, FF8 and FF9
U dont know jack
GT2
Romance of the 3 kingdoms IV (i was hooked on the old pc version of this)

im using the Matrox g400 (or is it 4000) video card btw.

it depends on your system every system has different config better optimize the setting thats suitable for your system or go to psxfanatics website

For FF7, FF8, and FF9, look around. There are plenty of configs already on this forum. I'll get back with RoTK 4 in a second...assuming I figure out where I put it, of course...

ok, i have this pc specs aside from the video card i provided above :

P3 933mhz, 128mb ram, matrox g400 (again or is it g4000)

Those are good points. PSX Fanatics has plenty of configurations already...

Looks to me like you still can't see RoTK IV's menus. This will get a perfect intro, though...

another side note though, i tried my own configs mainly using petes d3d (dx6) and petes spu and petes cdr aspi plugins on these games, to give you the problems im encountering :

FF7 : on intro (stars swirling...), it plays a bit then hangs for a while after 5secs of intro then the game immediately proceeds to the beginning of the game, but in the game itself, everythings fine so far, sound though is a bit choppy.

GT2 : well, its just a little bit (a little) slow but manageable though from time to time gameplay chops or pauses for a sec or two

Broken Sword : broken sword title appears but when it shows the CD being read or loaded again, it stops and cd reading also stops

mlb 2000 : plays only the 1second beginning of voice of commentator then sound stops but gameplay is ok though there are occasional chops

RTK2 : cursor on selection mode in menus is very fast and annoying

Rogue Spear : menus arent displayed properly (e.g. when trying to config the team), the menu is displayed as a truncated blur on the top of the screen

well, there you have it, these are the problems that so far i remember, i play mlb now since the occasional second gameplay chops are manageable and i can still play though the commentator sounds are annoying. hope you can give me tips on this, again my big thanks!!!
