It runs ok if I try an ISO but if I try to boot a cd it doesn´t work no matter wich pluggin I use, it says something about the MCI error and that it can not find a cd rom
it even does that if I use a mounted cd image with daemon tools
so I don´t know how to fix it.

I´ve tryied many pluggins including barret/kazzuya, pete's, epsxe internal, segu's etc.

It seems a problem with your cd drive configuration. Does it work ok with other applications? What OS are you using? Have you tried installing ForceASPI?

I don't think that it would solve it. MCI error means that a MCI codec may be missing, and if it is for cdrom access, a reinstall would fix that. (I might be wrong, but as my computer tech instinct tells me, this is the answer)
