"ePSXe beta compatibility" question

I'm probably just confused, but why is the new forum called ePSXe beta compatibility when it's basically going to be compatibility issues of public versions of ePSXe? Shouldn't that just be called the "ePSXe compatibility" forum?

Ya its confusing but I am more confused on knowing that even you dont know about it.
