It's been a long time since ePSXe 1.6.0 is obsolete but I have one question. The integrated SPU plugin has no ADSR volume and can sync (thank god) Metal Gear Solid. Although it sounds horrible because it has no interpolation. Is there any SPU plugin which can sync MGS (SPUasync) and has "Gaussian Interpolation" & no ADSR volume?
The Pete's MIDAS Audio Driver 1.7 has interpolation but can't sync it properly.

Minor note: I use old emulators for fun. I don't like using DuckStation before someone asks why I use these old emulators. It's the dithering that I like with the not enhanced graphics.

Go with Duckstation. It is more active development and much better than ePSXe because it is so outdated.

Okay, however be aware that an old ePSXe will have a lot of bugs. It wont be fixed at all. Thats up to you. ^_^

Yeah, no worries. I use it sometimes because I like the SPU plugin, usually I use BizHawk.

The SPU Eternal 150b runs perfect MGS. I Played this game along with this SPU Plugin and plays flawless in every way.

Remember; MGS runs on ASYNC mode and then put SMOOTH as the whole mode, and you will see how perfect it runs.
