Nothing is breaking the rules here. Its just the original No$gba 2.6a in a installer?

precisely sence you have to donate for that version and donations are not working its illagel to here to try to give it away as you are and hence against the rules.

2.6a isn't legally available for download. Donations have been down for over a year.
