Probably cost "a bit" (pun intended) but it looks sweet.

The Xeon one.

Both look pretty sweet. Hopefully workstation technology like this will feed onto the mainstream market soon (hopefully with a cheaper cost.)

The dual core and dual CPU AMD chips should remove the advantage Intel has in video encoding with Hyperthreading.
However, at this time very few games support multiple threads as shown by this SLi roundup
