Well considering there's a fake no$gba homepage floating around these days we can make an exception on this question. And the latest version you can get is no$gba 2.6 (as 2.6a currently requires donations and they are down indefinitely so it's ethically unavailable). So if you already have 2.6...well nothing has changed I am afraid.

torrent file? for a freely downloadable ~500KB file? So no there is no torrent file, get it from the homepage like everyone else.

You really don't need to be so snobbish about it. "2.6a, and search next time" would have done as much justice.
