Is it ment to look like this?????

Is this normal..or is this just my CPU, all i have is a old Voodoo2, here are my specs:

Yeah this happened to me too. But I was using Pete's openGL and I tried D3D. I never found a way to fix. luckily its not a major flaw that makes the game unplayable.
