As far as I know, the Katana is just the Software Development Kit, (which I'm fortunate enough to have:evil: ), but does not include any hardware. In my copy of it, there's a GD-ROM mastering application, a debugger, a Visual Memory Unit emulator, a compilation program and misc documentation on Dreamcast development.:D
