When I want to switch out charachters or a meteo appears, (beams/specials)

Sometimes he just pauses and hangs after a certain time at a always a certain point... Sometimes after the special the screen goes white before it goes to gameplay as normal but sometimes it hangs white...

Got augustus 2009 direct 9.0c + latest nvidia drivers. (geforce 7900 gto 512 mb)
Play windowed(fullscreen same prob)
Internal x res 2

hi-res textures 1 (use pixel shader)

I tried several other plugins gpu, sound, controller etc. it's not making any difference, I tried epsxe 1.60 and somehow it now continues the game when goku ssj does a kamehameha, but now when gohan is about to fire a kamehameha the game freezes..

I tried PCSX and loaded with memory card save from EPSXE.

The game still has the issue, I powerup with burter when he wins the power bar (meaning he does a special move) And again it freezes.

Though it freezes in that moment, the picture is still animating or moving/alive whatever u call it.
