Hey, I've been playing DW VII for a long time on epsxe, and recently I discover that every time I press the x button, the game (not epsxe itself) freezes. I've tried remapping my controls, but no matter what I try the X button freezes the game! It used to work perfectly, and I love this game (it doesn't happen to other games). Please help!

did the x-button work fine before? i assume so.. if so, i think the problem relates to save stating (do not savestate, load from memory card instead of from savestates).
I honestly have no idea what else can cause such random trouble.
