try saved states
Dragon Quest 5 RAM
Now that Dragon Quest 5 is compatible i'm going to use this emulator to work on my translation. Is there any way I can dump the RAM? I need this to get an uncompressed version of the text.

I assumed the save states are compressed. Does anyone know if they are or not? If they aren't, do they have a header?
when the text comes up, press escape, goto the debug menu n click "memory dump"
