I'm going to guess you're referring to how any version but the NTSC/US game have darker scenes/issues with lines, and if you are, then yes, it's a known issue. It's not just you having it. As far as I know, there's currently no fix for it.

I use 0.1.15 and it's fine here. This game is more GPU limited than many others, but even saying that, yours should at least pull it off at native, maybe a little higher. The CPU I'm not sure about.
