Extremely accurate, plays every PCE rom and CD I have without issues, nice crisp audio, and a complete no-brainer to setup. You have to pay $10 however to 'unlock' the emu, whilst locked it still has all it's features, but you can only play for 5 minutes before you have to close and restart.....

Really Great game, I really love this one.

About megic engine, you can use screen filtering by adding it in .ini file.
Really improve image quality.

You can create a save state then load it to reset the 5 minute timer

So is this game worth the insane prices being asked for it? I mean, I love the Castlevania games on GBA, Castlevania: SOTN, and Super Castlevania IV (I know that this game would resemble SCIV moreso than the RPG-style games in the series), but is it worth the money?

They're completely different games. Castlevania Dracula X on SNES is actually the sequel (In Japan, it's called Akumajo Dracula XX.)

No it's not the sequel of Pc-E version but it's REMAKE game of PC-E version.

This game is just port version of Rondo Of Blood but too many feature is left off (such as selectable character, multi way mission, and this game has less enemy than Pc-E version)

If you are CV fan and have a chance, you must get this game *snip snip*

If you want to talk about the sequel, I think Simphony is the requel of this game cause story is continue and there are many element resemble this game (you can even use the X-X!V''Q code in Rondo(selectable stage) and Symphony (luck 99) )

SOTN definitely is the sequel to Dracula X seeing as how the very beginning of SOTN (with Richter) is the very end of Dracula X...

From all the CV games I've played, SOTN definitely is the best... of course, I haven't played this game yet, but whatever.
