A guy call Brendan Gregg from a team Sun Fishworks make a demostration about how scream affect performance of Hard Disk :eyemove: apparently the HD have feelings if you blasfemy loud in front of im it become ill :eyemove:

Seen this vid a while back. Pretty cool stuff.:thumb:

Vibration (including that induced from screaming) causes read errors which forces the HDD to re-read data, thus increasing latency. If anything, this video is proof that you should install vibration dampeners on your HDD to reduce the effects of external sources of vibration. (cooling fans, loud sound system, things banging into the case, etc.)

what about big loud speakers, and vibration from case fans?
