Unfortunately, we need more information then that LLC.

If you can make use of Everest Home or Ultimate to provide us with your system information that would help us a great deal.

Your system should run the OpenGL plugin fine, you'll have to wait on Xtreme or someone to post more info on the correct settings.

Sorry for my up it seemed better than making a new topic.

I5 between 750 and AMD's Phenom 965 which is best on Dolphin? (thank you not to go into the Intel vs. AMD fanboy fanboy)

As for graphics cards? 4870 or 5770?.

Largely to replay the tracks in good resolution GC + max fps (60).

Don't enable Anti-Aliasing or V-sync as those options tend to cause a significant amount of slowdown, it shouldn't matter if Anisotropic Filtering is enabled since this option doesn't seem to have much of an impact on performance. 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 resolution is probably the lowest and highest you should set the screen resolution at. Setting the screen resolution any higher might cause slowdown in some games. Enable EFB to GL texture in the options, EFB to Ram is quite a bit slower.

I recommend using the DirectX 9 Video Plugin since it runs a bit faster than the OpenGL plugin for some games.

The GPU doesn't matter much for Dolphin, so long as it supports pixel shaders and it is decently fast. There wouldn't be a performance difference between a 4870 and a 5770 in Dolphin.

CPU choice is what matters most in emulation. Between the 750 and 965, I'd say the i5 750 would likely edge out the Phenom II X4 965 by a bit, though I don't think the difference in performance is very tangible.
