When i change settings of the emu, for example dual core support, doesn't save the settings (neither my plugin configs).

Ok got the solution, delete the dolphin config file in %appdata%

That fixed the problem.

thanks for information but tell me you have install the dolphin ?
I ask you besause you have the config file in %appdata% normally it's a portable program.

You can normally choose when you first run the emulator, if you want to keep it portable or not with newer revisions
