May I know what is NTSC?
All i know their are 2 versions NTSC and Pal of any game and they don't have too much difference or gives more speed... (sorry if it was a wrong information i am new to this thing) and Does Dolphin play NTSC Games?

Yes, Dolphin plays Pal and NTSC games. NTSC is used outside of Europe. Pal is used inside of Europe. Just look on Wikipedia.

I also just heard you get more FPS in Dolphin if you are running the NTSC Version... does they make a Difference and even a little?

Yes, but if you want to run Brawl, only PAL version works.

you get more fps in the ntsc version, but the fraction is the same. ntsc=/60, where as pal=/50

is it like becuase of the English version edits cause some slow down or some thing :eyemove: and does this effect a real wii or just Dolphin Emulation?

No, it's because the NTSC version gives the error of "Please insert the SSBB game disk"

But i downloaded Inazuma Eleven Go Strikers 2013 from torrent in pc but when i open it with dolphin it shows a error and also when i click it to see whether there is any file inside it like a .wbfs file but it shows nothing and states that it is a WII DVD (NTSC) File please need help . How can i solve it and run the game
