Does anyone else have this issue?

Ive been using No$GBA for DS games, the first game I dled was Pokemon Plat. Then I dled GTA:CW and I lost all my save info for Pokemon. Is this just a problem that happens whenever you load a new game, or did I mess something up? Thanks for replies.
