OCing made my old Celeron 766 freeze for 2 days when trying 920mhz, though it worked fine at 850. But a so small boost isn't worth the risk of frying it again
My current mobo doesn't support 400mhz FSB so I can't get better speed than 3000+ stock clocks
Overclocking my GF2 is pretty useless, OCing my 6800 helped it frying (due to higher power requirements, on a 300 PSU
)
So in short no, I don't OC unless the piece of hardware is easily replaceable...
except my USB and PS2 polling rate for better accuracy in FPS games ^^
