that's because katananja doesn't know Angelfire doesn't like offlinking. :)

oh, and don't address him/her as "-chan". They don't take those lightly. :p better use "-san" instead to be politically correct.:)

Quickie Guide to Addressing Japanese People :D

"-san" --> used in addressing unfamiliar people, or even acquaintances.

"-chan" --> used in addressing people (usually female) close to you.

"-kun" --> used in addressing boys younger than you (though some Japanese use it also in conjunction with girls' names.)

"-sempai" -->used in addressing people senior to you (in rank)

"BAKAYARO!" -->used in addressing jerks/bums :D

actually, the sentence construction was okay....the japanese would understand it's a gaijin who's talking anyway. :D


You're on the right path. :) keep on trying, and you'll eventually be able to go to Japan someday and actually get to have a coherent conversation with the game store clerk :D pretty helpful in ferreting out those rare, Japan-only games. :D
