Since I installed Direct X 9.0c dxdiag has displayed:

- DirectDraw Acceleration: Not Available
- Direct3D Acceleration: Enabled
- AGP Texture Acceleration: Not Available

I'm pretty sure all were Enabled before, or at least DirectDraw was. Also I can do the DirectDraw test no problem.

Anyone have a clue what's going on? Cause it's kinda stopping my Capture Card from working. :(

Well I tried updating the drivers to the newest version (Geforce 2 MX, I know it sucks) which didn't change anything. I'm not sure reinstalling the capture card will change anything since it's Direct X's fault and things like DVD players that use DirectDraw don't work.

Not sure if this will work, but you could try installing directx again. It might not let you, though. I would check your system32 directory to make sure that the direct3d driver files for your video card are there. If not, you should try to reinstall the drivers again.
