The works fine, but the graphics are screwed up. The movies are great, but when it goes to the playing, the characters are gone. The backgrounds have lines throughout, and the voices are being cut-off. I need help!!! LOOK!!!

If you don't like the lines in the background, set bilinear filtering to "enabled w/o sprites".
To get the characters to display in the cutscenes, do the following
1) Tick the "Emulate MASK Bit" option in the configuration panel
2) Set offscreen drawing to atleast "Extra"
That should do it, and you will get the motion-blur effect of the characters in the cutscenes too.
The sound-cut off is a known problem, and being worked on in the main emu.

I've notice those lines in Pete's GPU 1.50, when;

-In framebuffer textures: (2. GFX card buffer) is used

And for the missing character's at that demo and any other demo is because of enabling (0. Emulated vram). That's why I don't use those options, instead I use (1. Black), where the characters show up, but the demo's are a little dark. I hope there's a way of solving this problem?!
