Is there any way to map digital directional in Makaron?

I made my arcade stick using the board of an old psx controller (no analog) and I can't configure the directions in Makaron.

Also is this addressing Makaron (Dreamcast) or (Naomi)?

Naomi you will need to use Xpadder or the like.

Dreamcast you should just need to run the Controller config applet.

Makaron Dreamcast, if it was like makaron naomi I would not have this problem.

When I run the controller config it does not recognize d-pad (I can map all the other buttons). I heard somewhere it only recognizes analog sticks
