digimon world problem

guys could you help me out? 1 downloaded a Digimon world ISO from a website. it took me 1 hour to download it and when i try to play it, it say no wga extensions. i used pete's plugins... whats the problem? i'm a total newbie around here so plese make things simple... ^_^ thanks for the help!
