Hi,

your settings is fine and i guess this is a common issue, meaning the emulation is not perfect. I face the same issue too, but mine is persona2 Innocent sin.

Nope, not the frame skip.
Try decreasing your framebuffer texture to 0, rasing your access to 2/3/4.
Perhaps, changing your graphics card might help.

You could also try Pete's OpenGL plugin, I've tried it myself on the exact same chipset and it ran pretty well. But fireblaster_lyz is right, setting framebuffer texture to 0 and cranking up the framebuffer access (preferably 4) should work pretty well.

Can I enquire that the GFX card: Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller; Is it a bulit-in graphic card on the motherboard in the chipset?

That's correct. I've tested it out in 3DMark 2001 :)p) and it didn't perform spectacularly but it seems to have enough power to handle the OpenGL plugin. I've only tried running Ridge Racer and Gran Turismo on it so I'll have to do some more extensive testing with it (FF7 for example) before I can say for certain that it works well but so far it does :).
