What have you tried so far? Just to make sure that possible recommendations would not be anything you have already tested.

Ditto, i'm currently running Speedfan and Gpu-z for temps. Speedfan can read the temps, but can't tell me what it's reading (G33t-m2 mobo)

What exactly do you mean by diagnostics? you just want system info?

SIW is the best there is that's free in my opinion.
SIW | System Information for Windows by Gabriel Topala

Hardware monitor just reads temps (pretty much the same as the sensor part of SIW)

There's not much better out there for reading temps.

For system info, there's also PC Wizard, SiSoftware Sandra Lite and Fresh Diagnose.

I don't think there's anything out there showing exactly what the power draw of every component is.
