Did you download the proper ones? NTSC/U save files will only work with NTSC/U games... you need to find out what region your game is and download the appropriate dexdrive save. I have the North American version and downloaded the North American save file, and it works just fine.
Another thing to try is redownload the file using GetRight or something.... possibly it was corrupted during download (i.e. download did not finish properly).
