I am going to purchase a decent overclocking board from Newegg, and need some suggestions for a decent motherboard.

I am looking for a motherboard that will be able to handle a high overclock with maximum stability on air.

It must support DDR2-800 Dual Channel Ram, Socket LGA-775 for my Core2Duo E8500, Onboard HD Audio, Have at least 2 PCI slots, a PCI-e x16 2.0, and a PCI-e x1 or PCI-e x8.

It also must support SATA drives as well as Raid configurations, and have plenty of USB ports.

No onboard video if possible, I'm looking for something that is going to be reletively cheap without sacrificing stability or performance.

I am also looking for a reletively decent priced heatsink + fan combo, it must be able to adequately dissapate heat and keep everything as cool as possible.

Basically a decent heasink and fan that can keep load or idle temps below 45 - 50 degrees Celsius or lower if possible.

About $125 - $150 however I am looking for something priced below that if possible.

:Edit: I just realized that I may not have enough to get what I need, I suppose I can hold off on this until a while later..
