I'm running DBZ Budokai Tenkachi 3 on PCSX2 0.9.6 and it runs at 60 fps and more on intro, on menus it's 55-60 and in fights 15-25 fps

I'm using zerospu2r514-dev 0.4.6, muted sound for speed...using ALL available speed hacks from the menu, I'm using gsdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.14 (windowed, texture filtering, native, direct3d9 software cuz it is more clearer with software not hardware)....So i was wondering if anyone had any more advice, plugins, tips, etc. On how i could run this faster cuz i've seen ppl with worser systems run it better

Thanks in advance:D

Your GPU is incredibly weak (isn't that an onboard GPU too?), and likely the bottleneck at this point, so unless they had onboard (Intel) video or something, it's no surprise that some weaker systems pull ahead a little.

Also, I think software rendering is slower (in most cases) because it puts even more load onto the CPU.

I think I got best results with that game using GSdx in hardware rendering. I also had to keep the internal resolution at 1400x1050 or lower (1600x1200 was a bit slow, and 2048x1536 was slightly choppy in fights), so the game is GPU limited too. I'd almost guarantee that's what's slowing you down at this point. Use GSdx in hardware mode, and keep the resolution at native.
