Can someone recommend me a good backup software that can backup individual files?

I'm not looking for imaging software that backs up a whole drive but software that is used for incremental backups.

Individual files? oO Just copy files to another drive as backup (Sometime compressed if I want to put a password)

After looking at all the backup software on the market, Win XP built-in Backup utility worked well enough for me. The only minus is the lack of optional compression.

Why not just use compression software to compress the files? oO
I tried Windows' backup utility in Win98 laugh: ) and it seems similar to just compressing the files.
