EDIT: I have enabled "Native" resolution on the GSdx configure panel and have upped my 10fps to a fairly decent 35fps in-game.

I'm using every possible speedhack and have even ventured to using frame skip (which does jack), but I can't get any higher than this.

Please disregard this post: I believe my lack of fps is due to CPU or hardware limitations and can't be helped.

Actually, since I know the dark cloud games myself I'd go with the gpu. Does the cpu usage show 99%?
