Dante in other company's game?

I'm playing an RPG game called "Shin Megami Tensei NOCTURNE" by ATLUS company. And during the story goes, suddenly I saw a mysterious man with white hair, dress in red, two guns on his two hands and has a giant sword on his back. Ohhhh....MY GOD, I can't believe it. That guy is....no way.....it's DANTEEEEE oO . Yeah right, DANTE a main character from Devil May Cry. What the hell? Why does he also participate in here? Can anyone explain this? Isn't Dante is CAPCOM's trademark? How possibly he exist in ATLUS's game?

AFAIK dante is 'legall' in that game... that's all I can tell you in the morning (zZzZzZzZz z z z z) ^_^'

It's Dante. There's numerous reasons why he is in Dante, one being also that the new Devil Trigger design fro DMC3 is also the charcter desiner for Nocturne. It's all circular.Plus, Atlus and Capcom have been on good terms for many years.

As Zero already mentioned, Atlus and Capcom are in good terms, also they thought it would fit nicely to have Dante in this game since it involves demons in general. Although I will tell you now he is more useful in DMC than in SMT, his stats compared to others in his class (Maijin) are less powerful and less useful. He is just good for normal enemies, but bosses in later games, he will be a crippler. Although you should get him just to complete the Demon List.

well thats really old news bro. so what do you think of the game. i thought it was great in a freaky kinda way

oh yeah Dantes' also in Viewtiful Joe 2 but i guess everyone knew that too :doh:

Well, that game looks great especially fusion combination
