If You have a laptop,or bad computer and don't care too much about sound use the plugin that says no sound/reduced compat.Before I used the Chankast Sound plugin but the sound was choppy and I would turn it off and it ran around 60-70%.Now I used the no sound plugin and its running perfect! Lowest Speed:90%. Highest:100-105%. And I Have a very crappy laptop too with a ATI graphics card.
