Sorry about all of the WinXP posts, but my daemon tools does not seem to be working anymore with windows xp build 2505. it gives me the error "Virtual SCSI Driver not detected". Any ideas? im using daemon tools version 2.74. thanks in advance
Ok I got that error after my brother tried to fix the cdr dive whilst I was out. (Like you can fix something that has burnt out during a power surge) Anyways daemon tools installs a virtual scsi card onto the machine. It needs a driver file loaded via system properties like any normal hardware. This virtual scsi card is not installed prperly and hence the program cannot run. If you open device manager you should see a disabled scsi card. Install the drivers for it (they are in the same folder as daemon) and this should remedy the problem... well it worked on win 2K anyway.
