Does this have anything to do with PCSX2?
I'm sure if they were in a standard format they would have all been ripped ages ago. Which version of the game were you looking for? I'd probably ask over at romhacking.net to see if it's been done or not. They seem to prefer old 2D games but I can't see why they wouldn't at least reply, especially if there are MK fans over there.
I wish someone could rip and decode the models from the Tekken series... I'll challenge your 3D Cyrax with a Jack-5.
