Cutscene video problems

On the whole I havn't had any real problems with ePSXe. Since installing it I've had no particular problems with particular games.

However, I have a general problem with video cutscenes for games, such as openings. Cutscenes appear extremely slow, with sound dragged out to compensate and the graphics seem washed out and watered down. In-Game graphics, sound and speed appear fine on the otherhand, just opening cutscenes I have this problem.
This occurs so far on all of my games, and those which uses "better" graphics for cutscenes, or openings, than usual in-game graphics. For example, Driver, Tomb Raider, Gran Turismo etc.

Here are my current Video settings:

- Unfiltered FB: on

I apologise if this is a usual problem and has been addressed before. I tried searching but sadly no luck in finding the fix for this.

Thank you in advance, sorry again if this has been addressed before. :)

How would I go about making an ISO Image? I'm pretty new to this so I'm even unsure as to what one is.

Thanks
So what exactly is an ISO? If this is an obvious question you can just point me to some definition somewhere, but I'm just unsure at what one is? Out of interest.
Ohhh okay I understand. Thanks for explaining it to me, I'll give it a go now. :)
Fantastic! I used Alcohol 120% and the cutscenes are playing perfectly.

For the hell of it, I just downloaded P.E.Op.S. cdr plugin and with this plugin from Run CD the cutscenes also play almost as smoothly as if from the Hard drive.

Thank you for your help and time. :)
